In my designer experience, when it comes to project design, clients tend to make unreasonable decisions based on their inner beliefs, convictions, and experiences. They strongly believe that their actions must be similar to their competition’s, but what they don’t realize is that the things that work for others may not particularly work for them.

It is very common for clients to not know what kind of product they want to build exactly, especially when it comes to start-ups. At Naturaily, clients often contact us, but can’t really rewrite the idea that is stuck in their mind onto a piece of paper.

Some of our everyday issues and tasks can be solved or simplified with a little bit of ingenuity and right tools. With the increased number of projects we have been working on, our team faced a challenge with reporting and tracking progress among projects and financial results which could be very helpful from a managerial point of view. This article covers two basic solutions our team came up with.
